Exams are the worst nightmare for every child,don't you guys think that and so you must always be thinking how to get maximum marks like...........you can do average but you want to do more than that, you want be in the toppers category, so due to that most of us get stressed and some children even suicide.  I always think that ITS SO DUMB  doing suicide for actually no reason its not like anyone will kill you for getting bad marks if I ever get bad marks then first of all I will think that EXAMS ARE IMPORTANT,BUT LIFE IS A LITTLE MORE IMPORTANT. Oh yeah  I can be deep too. you know I am just so talented. ok maybe I praised myself a little too much 😜.okay now let's move on . Hello everyone, Namaste and Welcome🙏. Today we are going to talk about BALANCE AND EXPRESSION .  So let's begin, the first thing is a  BALANCE , I think it is the first aspect to move smoothly in life. As for walking properly we require BALANCE between our legs -if  they don't coordinate then we won't be able to stand or walk and in the same way. If we are eating too much we may fall ill and getting it treated is way too expensive and time taking. Maybe, this money and time could have been used for some other important aspects of life! Some more examples are:- if the food has correct amount of salt it tastes amazing but if the salt is less or more it kills all efforts as-well-as the taste.  God is an amazing artist.
